We began our day
bright and early with ‘Shul of Rock’, led by our camp Rabbis and Rebbetzens,
where participants are introduced to different aspects of the prayer service in
a fun and interactive way.
We
travelled around the world visiting Spain, Italy and America, amongst other
countries and enjoyed the activities that we participated in at each one. We had
a great time creating our own country, flag and national anthem and enjoyed
pitching our ideas to the dragons, also known as our 'rosh' and 'sgan' of camp.
After
i-club and free time, we came together to do a programme about responsibility,
this year’s overarching theme across all Tribe camps in Belgium and England. We discussed what is responsibility and why it is important and created
our own responsible citizen. This was followed by another lively dinner and an
absolutely amazing and messy wide game complete with shaving foam, water and
silly string.
Everyone needed a good shower after the wide game
before our daily BBC, Sikkum (camp 'sum-up') and bed!
